Mere pitajine ek ajency lene k liye Rs 1.5lac ek company ko diya ye pura lenden hmare bahut ki kareebi insan ke daura hua wahi paise lene se pehle hame company ke product diye gye manager se baat hui company dikhaya gya unhone ne product bhejne ke liye bola paise deme ke baad Jab hamne paise de diya pehle to bola maal custom ne padk liya h aaj bhej rha hu kl bhej rha hu fr maine pta kiya to esa koi company hi nhi hai jiske baare me hme btaya gya tha fr hame manager se aur hmare kareeb insan se bahut baat ki unhone bola hm paise apke lauta denge abhi tak paise nhi mile hame aaj 3years ho gye h court me case bhi kiya h kuch nhi ho paya abhi tak. What should we do?
You must concern with all relevant documents with an advocate of your circle. Both civil as well as criminal action can be taken against that person. Criminal case can be filed to punish that perosn for act he has done. And civil suit for recoever of money.
