Final Payment Of GIS claim after My Retirement

I have not received my final payment of GIS claim . I was working as a Teacher in Panchayat samiti Barshitakali which is under zilla Parishad Akola I took voluntary retirement in Jan 2016. 21 months period is over from retirement months Regarding this I have filed RTI but office has not reply hence now i made first appeal (RTI) but yet i have not received my claim amount also not get reply.

Follow up with the RTI. Take the reply from RTI and file a case with the nearest School Tribunal which falls under the respective territorial jurisdiction. Also request the nearest Nagarsevak to help you in this matter. Parallel to this you can also approach the Collector office for enquiry and assistance.
