Filing a case against the associate members of the society

DECISION TAKEN, FIXED DEPOSITS AND SPEND BY THESE ASSOCIATE MEMBER IS LEGAL OR ILLEGAL WE HAVE APPROACH AGAINST THE DEPUTY REGISTRAR LETTER TO DISTRICT DEPUTY REGISTRAR- MALHOTRA HOUSE , DDR IV DADAR, ELECTION COMMISSIONER PUNE CAN WE FIGHT THE CASE WITHOUT GOING TO THE COURT
Owing to some recent amendments associate members are unlikely to be appointed as office bearers of the society. In such a scenario in my opinion the associate member cannot spend without any authority. The proper approach will be to file a complaint with the Deputy Registrar against the Associate Member. You have mention you have gone to the District Deputy Registrar against letter of Deputy Registrar. Please elaborate your query further. There can be separate case against the Unauthorised spending, one for recovery in civil court, and criminal court for breach of trust, cheating, illegal gratification.
