Filed A Case Already On My Brother For Property Issue And The Case Is going on and my brother died and now her wife and children are fighting the case but now the wife is with us but all court case is handled by her children and they are not agreeing for any settlement so is there any way her wife being the head of her family help us in dissolving the case or can our lawyer file any application on her behalf

Dear client I am assuming the above refeference is to a civil case. In such a situation, you can enter into a family settlement, get the same registered and then withdraw the civil suit and settle the disputes mutually. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further.

yes child do not get the initial rights for the property, although later on they can file a case but as of now case is to dismissed on the ground of death of your brother, so no need to worry on this tell your advocate to file an application regarding the same
