Female friend filed a false police complaints

I am married and I met a married girl with a daughter of 6 years. We became friend. There were no physical relation between us. She asked me money for school fee, for payment to borrower etc. She emotionally blackmailed me. I gave her money in parts. Total money given Rs 2.3 Lacs. She said that she will return money. But when i asked her to return money .. she filed a police complaint for "ched-chad" and dhamki for kidnapping of her daughter. I was scared of this false complaint and we do mutually settlement at police station. That was only a police complaint not FIR. Now how can i get my money back ? please advise me .. Can I file a fresh FIR against her ? Can she put me allegation again ?
