Father transfer property through GPA

Father given registered GPA to son having three sisters can sister claim after demise furthermore son has gifted property to his wife

1) If you have received the property through the GPA and thereafter transferred the same into the name of your wife, then your sisters' cannot challenge the same unless
a) The property is ancestral.
b) That your sisters names' were mentioned in the original GPA and you disposed off the property without their consent, due knowledge etc.

in your case GPA will brcome null and void after death of ur father.
yes u can very well file suit for partition and get ur share.
for exact answer to ur query i would like to see the documents and facts of the case in addition to the dates of evry wvent i.e date of gift deed, gpa, death, DOB
