Father died last year had business which we sold to a manager

19-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
Dear Sir/Mam, My father had started furniture business in 2010 in his own property. He expired last year in May. Since we all are sisters, there was no one to look after the business. So we decided to sell business to manager. The deal was done and executed. He showed interest in renting out our property. However he didn't take it as rent was not affordable. And he left our property in April end 2017. Let me explain one more problem. My father and manager had purchased 2 properties in partnership. 1 is in litigation and 1 is clear. The litigation property is used by manager from past 10yrs. And the clear property, my father had started another business which is running from past 10yrs. Now after leaving our property in April end, when we opened the shop, manager came inside and didn't leave the shop. He demands to transfer clear property on his name n asks us to take litigation property. Is there any way legally to restrict his entry n not to create further trouble?

Hello, you may file police complaint in writing stating all your facts also issue a legal notice and file a caveat application before small cause & civil court definitely you will get some reliefs you are in need of.
