If you have received a notice from court that would mean you have a case file against you. you will have to defend your case otherwise the judgment can be made against you. Also, you can after that file a complaint/ petition stating the correct facts and circumstances. Also. Kindly inform all the facts and circumstances in to give you the best possible advice.

Harassing a lady and stopping the use of water are two different issues. if you have received the notice from the court then you are required to file an answer for that by providing the necessary details. however if the notice is from an advocate then you can simply answer the advocate in that regard. kindly get in touch to have proper guidance

You need not worry. Just pen down all your grievances and address it to the police station of your area and in the end write down that if my neighbour indulges me in any legal proceedings then it will be treated as false. And if he/she has already filed some imaginary complaints about harrasment with his wife then it's advisable to file for an anticipatory bail in the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
