False Mandatory Injunction Civil Suit Filed On Me Just To Harass.

I filed a police complaint against my neighbour highlighting his criminal acts and requested for FIR. For taking revenge and portraying himself as Victim, he filed false injunction suit. My query: if anybody has a limited right on property and been excercising his right and approaches the court citing that he wants injunction as he has not used his right. On the other side evidences filed by the other party bringing the truth. Then what will happen, the court will grant him injunction or dismiss the case.
The courts grant any relief or pass any order in favour or against any party only on the basis of the evidences produced before it. Injunctions are always granted prior to a final relief and it depends on the final relief such claimed. will need to discuss the case in detail with you to advice you further on this. you can also file an application/appeal against the order of that injunction.
