Agreement to sell written on fake affidavit, unregistered, no stamp and No specific serial number on affidavit, no signature of stamp vendor stating that he had paid 13 Lakhs in cash is it valid agreement.
Surely, these agreements are not binding at all but it is a matter of evidence to prove that the agreement is fake and has been entered into after misrepresentation and fraud.
