If the summon is really from court, appear and take bail otherwise warrant will be issued for nonappearance. Pay the outstanding emi. And get the matter withdrawn by them . Plz pay outstanding in court and withdraw

Dear Sir,
From the facts stated by you hereinabove, it appears that you have defaulted in paying EMI and the bank / financial company has instituted a case against you. You have no other option than to appear in court and defend your case. Please contact for more details.

MY OPINION THAT once you have received saman from the Hon"ble Magistrate court, you have bound to appear before the that court according to statute and follow the procedure and side by side you try to negotiate with that company for the very cause of default, because you have very much scope to make a consideration with that company before their taking steps against you, if you contact with me i can try to recover you.
