Eviction of relatives from my room. No rent/no agreement

29-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
Had given my tenanted room to my sister suffering from cancer at her request which will become very convenient for her to travel to Hospital for treatment. Being my real sister I allowed her to stay on sympathetic grounds absolutely free w/o agreement. She expired now and her children are not willing to vacate my room. Please advise what I should do.

Well, as the ownership of the Home is with you in the Title Deed format, based on that, we can file a case in court to evict the children of your sister from the rented premises. If they won't vacate, court will order Police to get them vacated. However, before lodging a case, we should first send them a notice to vacate.
