Eve teasing complaint by a girl student in college

A girl has complaint against me in my college regarding Eve teasing. The matter was discussed in discipline comittee and I got awarded 7 days suspension. Now I have challenged there judgement as it is an biased decision. The case took place on 31 Jan. Now the college is pressurising the girl to lodge FIR. 1. Can see lodge FIR now against me after lapse of more than 30 days 2. If FIR lodged can I will be arrested. 3. Already took punishment. Can I will be punished again if FIR done. 4. Can I go for FIR for self protection 5. Please guide what action should be taken. 6. Complaint is I was singing a song in which the girls name was there. So she feels that she has been Eve teased. Please guide action to be taken to get true justice

it would be better if you sort this matter mutually if she has not filed the Fir yet don't go in legal proceedings have you replied your college committee about that was not your intention rest you can contact me for further query.

Dear Client, The victim will be at full liberty to lodge an FIR as per the convince of her, though the same will be considered at the time of challenging the FIR. This will be a criminal imposed section therefore the criminal punishment can be imposed. Regards
