I want to file a complaint to NGT regarding pond encroachment in UP. I have already informed the DM but action has not been taken yet.

the encroachment of pond by private individuals is a serious matter and DM is the concerned authority and if he has not done anything then file a petition in the HC Lucknow bench and the court will give directions to the local govt. authorities to remove encroachment from the pond.
