Electricity theft in apartment

In our apartment there is someone in electricity theft in our common meter for their personal purpose in there house plz suggest any leagle action about it
Theft is illegally in every setuation, you can watch in particular time. Otherwise discuss with other members about the insident, and fixed CCTV cameras. Also you can inform to nearest police station in writing.

Theft of electricity is offence u/s. 135 of the Electricity Act. Whoever finds theft of electricity can lodge complaint before the appropraite authority/board. In writting complaint has to be given stating ur designation as why you are aggrieved. More details kindly contact me.
