From the above it seems that you have filed petition before the Honourable HIgh COurt of Gujarat. Wherein the Hon'ble COurt was please to issue Rule Rreturnable. It means that, the respondnet is called upon before the Court for its final hearing on 17th Spetember, 2018

Contact the local property tax authorities in your local body/municipal office and request them to convert it to residential to commercial. They will do it by revising the property tax. The tarrif for commercial is two times comparing residential.

For removal of encrochment upon the agricultural land belonging in your name. The legal steps is to approached Mamlatdar Office with the application for removal of encroachers or even you can approach High Court. Kindly provide the details of the property to assist you properly.

if you have received notice under section 268 of BPMC act for vacating you shall be required to reply u/s. 351 of the Act for giving opportunity of hearing and further approach high court to stay the proceeding till decision of the court.
