Q: How to remove encroachment in public road of agricultural land

 I have purchased the land of agricultural and now I am doing the farming. But. Some farmers encroachment in the public road which is connected with my agricultural land. I wish to go legal way to remove Encroachment in the road. Please suggest me what to do for legal remedy for this?

For removal of encrochment upon the agricultural land belonging in your name. The legal steps is to approached Mamlatdar Office with the application for removal of encroachers or even you can approach High Court. Kindly provide the details of the property to assist you properly.

Agar bahuat time se bhaduat makan nahi khali kar raha hai toh aap small cause court me eviction file kare aur khali karne ke liye prayer mange. Kya woh apko rent time sar de raha hai. Agar apko rent nahi mil raha hai toh bhi case court me file kar sakte hai. jyada jankari ke liye call kare.

Q: What to do if I received a legal notice u/s 138 of NI act

i browe money in 1-1-2017 i give him my blank cheque for security i pay pay full money . but my cheque is with him he complain in police that i buy a mobile phone from him amoute of 10lakh and he deposit my cheque in 14-1-2018 when the all bank is mearge with sbi(my cheque is state bank of biKAner and Jaipur)bank is bounce my cheque. HE SUBMITTED BILL WITH OTHER PERSON NAME AND HE GIVE A NOTICE THROUGH VAKIL. AND MENTION THAT I GIVE HIME CHEQUE IN 1-1-2017 FOR PURCHASE OF MOBILE IN THIS CASE WHAT CAN I DO

If yoiu have paid the money which was borrowed file quashing petition before the high court and further give detailed reply to the legal notice issued for cheque bounce and file appearance before the COurt upon receiving the court notice.

Q: Query regarding cheque bounce case

i had deposited a cheque in bank on 24th sept,2018 which is returned today. the cheque was given by my friend to me. as i had lended him before 2 years. he gave ma a cheque & he instructed me to deposit the cheque on 22nd sept. but on that day my concern bank was closed. so i deposited cheque on 24th sept & today i got message that the cheque is returned.

hi, Do you any proof for which you had lended money to your friend like any entry or for debt. Secondly if not then also you can file cheque bounce case before the Court for cheque returned under section 138 of the Negotiable Insturment Act. For more details call me.

Q: Can we use Residential property for commercial purpose

notice given by municipality u/s Section 268 Powers of Commissioner to vacate any building.BPMC Act 1949. Reason for notice : Resident property used for commercial purpose.. All members of society want to use building as commercial purpose.... How to get stay order from high court for not to vacat property. We want continue use this propwrty as commercial purpose.... if you have received notice under section 268 of BPMC act for vacating you shall be required to reply u/s. 351 of the Act for giving opportunity of hearing and further approach high court to stay the proceeding till decision of the court.
