నమస్తే సర్ / మేడమ్,
నేను ఒక అతనికి అప్పుగా కొంత డబ్బు ఇచ్చాను. అతను ఎలక్ట్రిసిటీ Department లో sr.linemen, అతను నాకు తిరిగి డబ్బులు ఇవ్వకపోతే అతను ఇచ్చిన promisory నోట్ మీద కోర్టు లో కేసు వేశాను. Last year August - 2018 లో కేసు naku Favour గా నెలకు Rs 14000/- అతని Salary నుంచి naku వచ్చేలా తీర్పు వచ్చింది... కానీ నాకూ ఇంత వరకు కోర్టు లో డబ్బు జమ కాలేదు. మా లాయర్ దాని గురించి సరిగా పట్టించు కోలెదు. ఇప్పుడు నేను కేసు వేసిన defendant (lineman) అనారోగ్య కారణాలతో చనిపోయాడు... ఇప్పుడు naku నా డబ్బు ఎలా వస్తుంది... న్యాయ సలహా ఇవ్వగలరు...
