due to misplace building material accident happened of my son

dear sir, infront of my house in ujjain...there is construction work is building going on..and there material is not properly place by owner. lot of time i advice him place your material at proper place for avoid accident. but he didnot listen advice...and due to this before two day farsh of building fall on my son leg and frecture happen in his leg...rod put in his.. give advice how to punish him..because my son life spoil due to accident

आपकी समस्या के निदान के लिए आपको पुलिस में रिपोर्ट करवानी होगी,और आपके बच्चे के ईलाज के पेपर सुरक्षित रखना है, व जितना मटेरियल रोड़ पर फैलाहुआ है उसका अलग-अलग एंगल से फोटो लेने है व वीडियो बनानी है। आपको घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है।

The building and construction project might be insured, even otherwise you can file a case against the party and claim damages. Also if the project was insured you can make the insurance company a party to the case. As an initial measure you can send the party a legal notice claiming damages.
