Domicile of Maharashtra but took OBC certificate from Kerala

I am a domicile from Maharahstra. But I have made my OBC certificate from state of Kerala. Because its my parents home state. But the fact that I have presented my Ration Card from kerala as one of the proofs and I also have my name in the ration card of maharashtra when we migrated to maharashtra. Will there be an enquiry if they someday verify. And What is that I should do then. Please advise.
How can anybody be staying at two places at same time ?As you mentioned you migrated to Maharastra and also that your name is referred and present in both ration card that it's your duty to delete your name from the state you are not dwelling at.You have domicile certificate of Maharashtra so legally you are paying your taxes here in Maharashtra. Sir kindly get relevant legally acclaimed documents from same state to have authentic and precise legal proofs with regards to OBC; voter ID;ration card and any other legal proof of your citizenship of India of the particular state you want to be represented as for best future.

Always maintain a chronological sequence of documents alongwith valid reason for taking the appropriate actions for multistate application as it is in your case. If you are put under surveillance then your records should corroborate the facts. If you are concerned then you can relinquish for one state and apply to the respective state of residence.
