Sir or madam me ek ladke se pyaar karti thi usne mujhe pyaar me bhi dhoka diya or mujhe jabardasti ek case me fasaya gaya meri farzi marksheet laga kar ek Jaipur ke ladke ne . Me MP ki rehne walo hu mujhe 13 saal tak ye bhi nai pata ki mujh par koi case se .plz mujhe is case se jaldi bahar nikalne ka rasta bataye

Please supply more detail of the case pending against u. Meanwhile, please note that if the marksheet is fake, then u can initiate criminal proceedings against the accused under sections 420, 468 and 471 for making and using a forged (fake) document as a genuine document, for the purposes of cheating. Other more grave offences will be attracted after knowing the usage of such fake document.
Also, since offence has taken place outside MP, you will have to lodge FIR and conduct proceedings in jaipur only.

you can file a sworn affidavit signed by you stating that the marksheet is not yours and the forged marksheet does not belong to you. also you can produce your original marksheets to get rid of the situation

You can file case against that person in Section 420, 467,468 I. पी. C. You can register f. I. R. Against this person police is not registered f.i.r.than 156 (3) complan in court. You can get remedy for this available for you.
