Division of property among family members

one property is their its my grand father's property my father and my mother expired. now we are 3 members including me and my brothers. my middle brother expired before my mother , and my brother's daughter also expired she has one question this property legally applicable for my brother's grand children or only one my brother and I can share the property.
Your question is not clear but as for my understanding that the three members are You, Your elder brother and wife of your second bother. If it is correct...then your grandfather property will be shred between your brothers then pass to your / brothers children. We presume that your father is the only son of your grand father. Your middle brother share will be share among his grand children.

usually when the intestate succession arise the branch of share devolves upon the children of the branch which the right claimed under section 6 of the hindu succession act the testator are the holder of share is hindu or else it varies from religion and aspect of the existence of the other circumstances
