Dispute for boundary wall neighbour side

My neighbour don't allow me to repair my boundary wall on his side. He said he not allow to repair by standing on his vacant property.

if your neighbour is not allowing you to do work and under what authority is he trying to block you is very important ask him can he give you in writing of the blockage he is causing or else you continue with the work

Move section 144 petition against your neighbour. Pray for granting a restraint order with the intervention of police to afford you to repair your boundary wall and also ask for an order for submitting a report from the BL&LRO. Aside file 107 petition against your neighbour to maintain peace and order.
