Disowning a family member legally

we are Hindu. My sister got married 4 yrs back in Delhi , as it was a bad marriage we kept supporting her all through, emotionally and financially. Now she has decided to take divorce and we supported her in that too.
But , now she is into a relationship with a guy and wants to move out and live separately which my mom is super angry and upset as she believes that this guy will harm her and can also trap us financially later.
So she wants to disown her legally so that she or her previous inlaws cannot disturb or traps us later. Please guide us how to disown her legally.
on the above mentioned query please your mother or the owner of the property, make a deed of relinquishment for transfer of the rights of the property.
if your sister got divorce decree then she is free from all the obligations from her marital relationship and taking decision for her life. so their is no right of objections in her life.
