Discrimination being made with regard to voting what action can i take

I am a member of a private club that is an association of persons. There is discrimination as me being an associate member am not entitled to vote. The monthly subscription I need to pay is 5 times of regular members. This is just applicable for members like me inducted after 2009. Other associate members pay the same as regular members.
Recently same thing happened with someone known to me so i think i can guide you if you can let me know in detail about your entire history and facts of your situation from inception and till date. Request you to inform as per your convinience
