Different names on degree certificate and other documents

my name is rajnish in all documents except college marksheets and degree certificate where my name is rajni, now my university does not allow name change, i plan to apply for passport and visa for study in us/canada so how will that affect me and what should i do?

your original name in birth certificate now you can file write petition in High court court will give directions for amandned therefore you can use two name as a alais so give me particularl details of 0 to till Today thereafter I will you particularly advice

you should go for name change in gazette of india and you should declare this both name is yours and you will can apply for further studies and if not possible after gazette,then you have to ask deny letter in writing and after that you can fight in court
