Is this possible to Transfer a property as a "GIFT" from an NRI mother to an NRI Daughter, without visiting INDIA ? How much will this cost ? and the duration ? Thanks

where is your property I am from Gujarat state change property Lo change if you are out of India you must visit India for property transaction without your visit you can't do any transaction with your property

Q: divorce from my husband of 17 years and i want almony too

Q: Seeking guidance over nagarpalika building owned by me

Hello,I have one shop in fort-songadh, Dist. Tapi, Gujarat which is on the name of my father. My father was 8% handicap and so he this shop as a cabin for bread earning some good years ago. Since then we are paying the taxes & bills of the same and recently we have reconstructed the same with all the legal permission but though nagarpalika is demanding some rental amount for this building. I want to sell this asset. I am seeking guidance for it.

My wife want a divorce to marry her lover so regularly fight with me and ask for divorce and child custody she say that she don't want anything but a divorce can I register a complain against her and her lover for harrasment and what is the procedure for a divorce

You must give Divorce as early as possible Otherwise she will left your home and after that she will aply for maintenance. afterthat you will ask for divorce and at that time she will ask for money

Q: regarding registration with circle rate

Hi , I want to purchase flat in appartment.prooerty is located at JAMNAGAR Gujarat. This flate is 13 years old.builder sold property to 1st owner and the registration was done in 11lakhs. Then after few years 1st owner sold the same flate to 2nd person (2nd owner) and the registration was done for 20 lakhs. Now I want to buy the same flat from 2nd owner but when my lawer check and inquiry about circle rate with government departments the 8 lakh registration fees is there for same flat as per circle rate . My lawyer told me ones agreement done in 20 lakhs which very much higher then actual circle rate then we can't do agreement less then that. I checked with neighbour and I seen that all agreements was below 10lakhs and above 8 lakhs but for only this flat has agreement of 20 lakhs. Kindly guide me am I do agreement of 8 lakhs as per govt circle rate in this case where 2 previous agreement was 11 lakhs and 20 lakhs respectively.

you can do agreement in any consideration price as per policy agreement shoud be at juntry rateeven if former document is done by 1 crore price and jantry rate is 10 lac you should do registration by jantry rate that is legal and proper
