Did car accident party didn't respond for claim what to do now

My car hit other car. I agreed to get his car repaired. He filed complaint at PS Sushant lok. Tried to reach many times he never responds. Police is calling asking details as her guy doesn't reply to police also. Please advise what to do next.?
He has already filed complaint at PS Sushant Lok, now you have not to repair his car. Now police will called you. You have to co-operate with police only. If police has registered a case then the police will called you to produce you before Magistrate. You have to get bail and get release your vehicle on supardari from the court till the disposal of the case against you.
