Developed mental issues due to husnand's behaviour

My husband and his family have been verbally very abusive to me and created such a toxic environment for me such that they will not talk to me or keep criricizonf my looks and not give me food. I went into depression and i receeded to self harm. My husband and his family left me one morning when i was at work and cut all communication with me and sent me an email saying he will not return. O qent into even more depressive stated and have att He came after two months and again started his verbal abuse. I started taking therapy and the counselor said that it is because of a stress disorder and disassociation has developed due to stressful toxic environment at home now. My husband continued to leave me often and his family said i am causing a bad situation.ow, my husband has again left me and is saying he has promised himself not to come. I feel vert depressed and want to take legal action against him and his family. Please advice.

then you can send first legal notice then we have to wait some time if he disentangle replay then we can take legal action against him better first you can make legal notice on what he given mental illness you better that's will help you

u need to file the restoration of conjugal right and you can apply for the court and give you the maintenance the court and give you the maintenance the court and give you the maintenance the court and give you the maintenance and and u can file case against him and can be getting maintainnc by the court

you have so many options to file a different cases in different acts against your husband and in-laws. you can seek maintenance and accomodation order in D V Act, maintenance in Cr.p.c and also you may file criminal case for cruelty
