Denied admission in university because of old caste certificate

Dear sir, I appered for UGAT 2016 of Allahabad University for admission in B. Com. I qualified for admission under SC reservation quota. When I went for counselling on 09/07/2016 after reporting I was informed that I could not be considered as SC candidate because my caste certificate(issued in 2004 by tehsildar) is old and they could not verify that online . I.was told to bring new caste certificate on next counselling. But next counselling which is also the last is on 12/07/2016 that is tomorrow. It would be impossible for us to produce new certificate that early.
Dear Friend You directly approach to High court Allahabad and file a petition demanding stay over the on going counseling going to take place on 12 July 2016, or you may also challenge your counseling denial on ground of Caste certificate issued once by competent authority is a valid one until the caste is reshuffled or its status quo changes during the span of time , other wise your plea must be caste certificate once granted is valid only renewal is mandatory after getting admission.

Request for provisional admission and sought some time to produce a new caste certificate if they refuse then you can challenge the same before court. First give an application before admission committee ventilating all your grievances.

Prefer a representation to the Authorities concerned requesting therein in that you may be provisionally admitted and in the meantime after procuring a fresh caste-certificate and upon production of the same before the Authorities, they may confirm your admission. If your representation invokes no response, immediately approach the Allahabad High Court by invoking Article 226 of the Constitution with a prayer before the Court that it may issue similar directions, as sought by you vide your representation.
