Demand In Ancestral Property Sold By Father Without My Consent

My father sold my ancestral property without my consent in 1994 & 1996 when I was minor. Now I filled partition suit against the purchaser in 2013 for my share can get my share in those sold properties

No, instead of getting property through Partition Suit. You can claim money from your father in respect of your share in the Ancestral Property which he sold out. As a Co-Parcener, it is your right that you should claim such money from your father. In Court, Property Registration Deed will be of pivotal role to prove the sale which occurred between your father and third party from whom you would to seek your share in the Property.
