Defendant not producing property papers and counter

We will submit orignal suit and we sent the notice to the defendent,and the defendent advocate submit vakalath in my suit but the defendent advocate did not produce property documents and counter also , 90 days are over now automatically will be granted in this suit but honorable judge is giving more time to the difindent advocate what i can do for expert degree??

Request the court through your advocate to set the defendant ex-parte in the next date if he doesn't file his written statement. The defendant might or might not file the documents you are referring to along with his written statement and if he doesnt, then during the pleadings and before recording of evidence, file a petition for directing the defendant to produce the documents before the court.
