Default by seller in paying bank loan

I have purchased plot and custruct home my seller already taken loan from bank without my knowledge now bank presure me to pay either i aur my seller my seller not give any positive reply bank give me 60days to pay aur they will sil my home what should i do

As per your query you want to know about whether bank have right to mortgage your property or not? If you have purchased the property prior to mortgage of property then bank have no right to take your property in the name of mortgage but if mortgage happened by previous owner then after you purchased the money then you have right to file cheating case against the then owner.
