Default by seller in paying bank loan

I have purchased plot and custruct home my seller already taken loan from bank without my knowledge now bank presure me to pay either i aur my seller my seller not give any positive reply bank give me 60days to pay aur they will sil my home what should i do

Venerated Sir,
As per your query you want to know about whether bank have right to mortgage your property or not? If you have purchased the property prior to mortgage of property then bank have no right to take your property in the name of mortgage but if mortgage happened by previous owner then after you purchased the money then you have right to file cheating case against the then owner. You can claim money from last owner. Bank have right to mortgage the property . Feel free to call me.

DEAR SIR BANK CAN NOT SELL YOUR LAND OR HOME AGAINST LOAN TAKEN BY SELLER BUT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILE A CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST THAT PERSON FOR COMMUTING CHEATING AGAINST YOU AND FURTHER YOU MAY ALSO FILE CONSUMER CASE AGAINST SELLER AND BANK AND FOR MORE SUGGESTIONS I HAVE TO GO THROUGH YOUR DOCUMENTS
