DDA FLAT GROUND + THREE FLOORS ROOF RIGHT

I live in 3rd floor of DDA flats with ground + 3 floors. The ground floor wants to install solar panel on the roof but we have the possession slip from DDA stating 3rd & 4th FLOOR. Can we stop the installation.
yes legally you can stop any installation by producing the certificate issued by DDA. the solar panel cannot be installed by their own self and they can be stopped legally for doing so. kindly file a complaint in the respective police station so that the matter can be brought forward legally.
