How do we distribute agricultural land and A house among mother and three sons and three daughters in up?
on the above mentioned query note down that after the amendment 2005 the daughters had no share in the agricultural land of her father aur grandfather . but in the urban property the daughters have equal share just like her brothers in the property . so as per your question legal opinion is in the agricultural land the equal 4 shares that is the mother and the three sons .

in the absence of any will the agriculture land would be distributed equal among all the 7 members of the family. in the same way house or any other property would be distributed among all the members. the whole property may be distributed through a settlement deed, which must be signed by all the members whether any member opt out to take any share.

Depends on the nature of these properties. If this agricultural land and the house has been left behind by your father as his self acquired property; this will be come in 1/7 to all 7 of you. This is the arrangement as per Hindu law
