Damage and inconvenience due to factory running in neighborhood

There is a factory running right in my neighborhood and i am right now living in a residential area . The problem is that their transport vehicles are always occupy the road and their is a traffic jam . Moreover my car is parked right outside my house and because of these vehicles there are a number of scratches on it.
Please file complaint in police. Mark copy of the complaint to MCD falling under your zone.
Make sure you also request in writing to the factory owner about your grievance and make him aware that if action is not taken then you will take appropriate action as permissible in law.

Can either file a case of damages or make complaint before the relevant authorities. Factory can't run in residential area. Will need more facts like location, what factory etc. To advise further on this.

You have to firstly forward your complaint to area SDM,Concerned police station and Municipality .Even though on launching such complaint in most cases people not get relief unless moved to court.But these are necessary steps before filing suit of mandatory & permanent injunction, from which you get relief from court.Once moved to court the factory would very likely be sealed during pendency of suit.
