Well, I can assist you in drafting such an Agreement, however, the parties to such an agreement need to be major and of unsound mind while entering into such an agreement, otherwise it will not become a Contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872, there needs to be other ingredients present too to convert an agreement into a contract, which ingredients I will incorporate into your contract!
