Sir mere upar lockdown main shop open karne ko lekar sec 269 270 188 main FiR registered hui hai.. FIR ke baad ka kya procedure rahta hai.. But abhi tak koi notice nhi aaya hai.. Par notice aata hai to mughe kya karna padega or is case se kaise nizat mil payega Or kya mughe jail ho sakti hai.ya fine bharna padega. Plz describe in details sir, thank yoy
Thane se notice aane ke bad aap vahan jakar machal ka prapt kar lijiye aur uske bad Thane wale aapko court mein upsthit hone ki tarikh denge use tarikh ko aap nyayalay mein upsthit hokar apni jamanat Korea aur case ko aage proceed kijiye
