Copy Of Complaint Made Against Me In Police Station Telephonically

In 2019, my brother in law made a false complaint against me in police station telephonically which might have been entered in daily dairy book of police station but I am not sure abt it. How can i get copy of that complaint ,reported against me

Hi, You may file an RTI application through your lawyer with the concerned Public Information Officer of the police department seeking copy of the complaint or the diary number by which your complaint was registered.

File one RTI application with local police or with the office of DCP concerned seeking copy of complaint and its status. you will get it and then decide further course of action. take legal help from advocate. Thanks
