Constructed staircase which is affecting the public

My neighbor has considered staircase long back which is now affecting us. where we cannot drive a car easily and no other large can pass through.
hi,
you can send a legal notice to your neighbor to demolish the staircase, after this also if has not demolished the staircase then you will have to file civil suit in Civil court and in the plaint the prayer should be made for permanent injunction and also directing your neighbors to demolish the constructed staircase.

you have to file a complaint against that person to the corporation and if they do not take any action to set it right then you can file a suit in civil court for demolition of the said staircase by filing a suit for mandatory injunction.
