CONISTABLE SPOKEN BAD WORDS IN MY DSA OFFICE AND THREATENED ME

Hi, we are running one company. so i am running support center in different place . i appointed one in charge to run that support center / call center. she appointed 2 employees. my company not given any appointment letter to these 2 people. we only give cash to that in-charge for office expenses and employees/Agent monthly expenses. since one employee have taken leave for 5 days without any intimation. so this in-charge mentioned that salary will come delay due to indiscipline. immediately this employee dailed to 100 and given a complaint on me that i am not paying her salary. the constable came to office premises and spoken bad words and misbihaved with me infront of other employees in office. and also threatned me that he will file other cases also on me if i dont pay there amount. i am no where concern on interview and salary also. because incharge only taken interview and she only give salary/commission as cash to those 2 employees. how can i file a case on thIS constable
