Condemned the court order by LIC

Recently division bench Mumbai declared order to award absorption of temporary workers in LIC those who have in various unions with some terms. But LIC till date they have not initiated any response on above order. We would like to know what will be the consequences may occur if unions file condemned the court against LIC ?
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.

I heard about the same. I think LIc wants to contest the outcome of this case.i am not sure, but keep your fingers crossed, only on achieving finality in the said case we can expect some positive change in LIC.
