Compromise between plaintiffs and responents
14-Mar-2023 (In Civil Law)
My wife, and her sister r petitioner(plaintiffs) against their brothers(respondents) in a civil case. Now without presence of my wife or signature , can my wife's sister deal a compromise with against parties? Will it affect how much me or my wife? Advocate is only one for plaintiffs(for my wife and wife's sister)
no it cannot be done without your wife consent she is one of the party plaintiff in the civil matter and without the consent if alk the plaintiff the compromise measure cannot happen, advocate may be same but it cannot be done and settled therefore it is mandatory to include you in compromise nano or deed
hi sir madam. without document how to tell you in the situation because in the suit who is 1st plaintiff and are you put proof affidavit or not and compromise memo what they told
Your wife s signature is needed for entering into compromise. You have got to trust your lawyer and once you loose the trust it’s better appoint a different lawyer. You wife’s sisters compromise will not affect you in any manner
