Complaint against making shade in below balcony

My below flat wants to make shade in their balcony which is illegal as per fire norms coz below extended balcony is given to rescue people when fire occurs so we can block it.. But my below flat owners wants to put shade it will also block my view which i have given extra payment for lake view which will be blocked second thing all the debris, water, insects, rat, birds will start coming from there.. So what to do in this case and how to write application to buildee, society and tmc
Hello! The problem thus mentioned is a serious one and is common everywhere. You should send a legal notice to you neighbour, the builder and the authority. Firstly, I would suggest you should send a legal notice to your neighbour and let him know about the grave consequences and the inconvenience that you will face.

Do you have any document which shows that they cannot put up shade to their balcony? If you have the same you can send them legal notice which will be more impactful than a mere application. you can send copy of notice to society too.
