Complaint against furniture company in residential area for noise.

Res sir/ mam I am ab residents of plot no 7 street no 4 sita nagar baniwal kalan Ludhiana I am very much depressed due to a sofa making workshop next to my home whole day they are beating wood with hammer with loud music the owner is not residing in the same building only labours residing and they are starting work work at 7 am and remain working till 10 pm I have no problem with their working after 6 pm but we have suffering because of their late night working so plz guide ne what to do to stop this{ when I contacted the owner on phone he said &"Tusi jo karna kar lo mera kam to aise hi chlega"} nuisance

Koi gal nahi you have so many remedies you can file civil suit for injunction and damage as well. You can also file complaint under provision of criminal procedure code for stopping nuisance created by the workshop. You can also move corporation to get his license cancelled

File a complaint with SDM u/s 133 of Cr. p.C seeking removal of workshop which is causing nuisance. Also write to commissioner Ludhiana corporation asking him to take action for closure of commercial activity.kn residential area.

Hiii In the response of your quiry , I advised you that you can file a case in civil court...Suit For Parmanent Injunction against the farm and proprietor or others from whom you aaggrieved....
