complain against Iqbal sir Mobile_ 09655221606 , 9000001299 not giving 10000 rs not refunding 10000 rs fees since 7 years over....Nishita college of engineering kandhkur hyderbad Lenoir village airport road nTo: AICTE South Central Region nnnRes sir complain against Iqbal sir Mobile_ 09655221606 , 9000001299 not giving 10000 r fees since 2014. nnres sir I paid fees 10000 rs to Iqbal sir in nishita college of engineering Hyderabad. So I have not joined course as per aicte rule he must return money he send original documents in Latur city. He said soon I give 10000 rs. But from 4 year he is playing hide and seek speaking lie, from 4 year I am waiting. So receipt proof I am giving, Whatapp proof giving .He said nothing will happen with complain please take action and fine heavy amount so that he will do any cheating to any students p

hi first you can send a legal notice to him and college asking them to refund the amount and to return the certificates and if they failed to return the amount then you could file civil suit for recovery of money and for certificates in consumer forum or other court

You can register a complaint in the Police station and Police after investigation will file a FIR. Take a copy of all the documents, receipt and your adhaar card copy to the police station. it's a case of cheating and you can ask for the amount along with 9% annual interest on the amount given.
