Compensation to family of Doctor due to covid 19 death from Delhi govt

My name is Sanjeev Mehndiratta husband of Late Dr Shilpa Mehndiratta. She was working under Delhi govt as Medical officer. Due to her duties she caught corona on around 25 Mar 2021 and After extensive treatment she died on 14.05.2021. Now her Delhi office is not completing the process of providing the compensation. From 14.06.2021 they are playing with a us a game of fooling us from last 2 years and not completing the formalities to provide us the compensation. Now we want to file a WRIT / Legal action against the office so that we can get the justiceIf you can provide your experience and cost of completing the Writ procedure in Delhi High court.Please connect if you have experience over 20 years nnyou can mail me on [email protected]

hello mr sanjeev hru i have read your issue .i am so sorry to hear about loss of your wife. as matter you have described here is really very much not less then harrasment of the family and which is totalli illegal as well as totally wrong in my openion writ need to be fillwd along with defamation suit also lies in this matter to get the justice for your wife.

Yes, you have ample opportunity to get relief from the competent court of jurisdiction. The court may direct the authorities to complete the compensation process in a time-bound manner without bothering the aggrieved family.
