you have not disclosed the pending fee for howmany semesters. you have to pay the fee at request in instalment atleast and give a. undertaking the emergency need of your. certificates and would return the same. any. how for the education provided to you. you are bound to pay the pending fee. the college was considerable in issuing the hall ticket and allowing you to take up the exams.

Sir/Madam If you had amicably tried within your institution and they are refusing to give back. Then you can issue a legal notice to your institution for return of original certificates. Assuch they can't do so.

Dear Client, 1. A college cannot retain original certificates for pending fees. Send a legal notice through a lawyer. 2. File a complaint with the University or consumer court. 3. yes we can file writ in high court for returning original certificate and declare their activities as illegal and violation of UGC guidelines. And also we take time for payment of fees only after they returned certificates.
