College not refunding the fee after I cancelled the admission

Hi.. i did my admission for 2018-20 current year I joined for PG course (m.com) ...and attended 3days class and now have some personal problems so I'm nt able to go to college ...i requested them to cancel my admission and refund my fee .. but they are not ready to refund it ..what should I do now
First get issue a legal notice immediately and there after you can approach the court. You will the amount less some administrative expenses. You must get some medical certificate or any other document to strengthen your case

Every college is bound by rules and regulations of the government as well as the convened university
The seats in P G are allotted in limited number
Once a student gets a seat he has an option either to join or not
If he chooses to join he is supposed to continue for the duration of the course If he discontinues he loses his opportunity The fee paid is not refundable under any circumstances Forget it and say Govindaa
