Cmc not transfering property ownership from my father to my name

My father gifted me land which is partition done between four brothers and all of them agreed and signed on it but it's not been registered and here cmc people not transfering property ownership from my father to my name due to unregistered document and 2 parties died also now father's brother son came and asking property from my father's part and put thakarar arji in cmc office is unregistered partition deed not acceptable for doing khata? Pls help am fed up with this and my situation is like do Or die... Pls
then you can make it court decree copy of partition better for that required to file in courts petition it will take times court will pass the decree after you can apply then they Will do otherwise it will difficulty for them without regesterd document's
