Closing of FIR and what happens after getting bail.

19-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
Helo sirMy sister was working in a private company where the internal process of nthe company of executing a client's registration of flat was too difficult, so as to make that process easy she has forged signature of her seniors in A4 sheet and not on any company papers, letterheads, cheques. In feb 2022 she had to resign because marriage was fixed now the company has lodged a FIR against her of fraud and they have also mentioned that her husband is also involved in this, she has earned a lot of money because of this forgery not only this she was a part of a racket which was going this company, and the company has suffered a loss of 10lacs+ to which they are not having any proofs. The FIR was lodged on 28th Feb and till date the company has not done anything against this FIR nor they have given any proof against my sister.According to the police they are forcing us to get a bail of our sister. But we want to know how can we close this FIR.

Hello...
You can go for filing a writ petition in the High Court for quashing of F.I.R....by which whole proceedings and the F.I.R. will be quashed and no further action will be taken...
Kindly call or text for further details...
Thank You...
